This document sets out the complete Terms and Conditions governing the use of the jojobetr platform, including the website and mobile app. By creating an account or using any service on jojobetr, you are deemed to have read and fully accepted these terms.

Jojobetr reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any changes via their registered email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on jojobetr:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may only create one account — multiple accounts from the same name, mobile number, or device are not permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.

Jojobetr may request proof of identity or address at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Completing KYC is mandatory before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal processing will be temporarily suspended until verification is complete; however, deposited funds remain secure.

The minimum deposit at jojobetr is ৳500. Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there's a delay for any reason, please contact support within 24 hours.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal: Varies by payment method.
• Processing Time: 5 minutes for bKash/Nagad, 1–24 hours for bank transfers.
• Jojobetr does not charge any deposit fees; however, fees imposed by the payment gateway itself may apply.
• Jojobetr reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

All bonuses and promotional offers at jojobetr are subject to specific terms, which are detailed on the respective promotion page. Please read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, applicable once.
• Turnover Requirement: Most bonuses require a turnover of 5–10x the bonus amount.
• Bonus validity is generally limited to 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts — is a punishable offence.
• Jojobetr reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on jojobetr at all times:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless jojobetr voids it.
• Jojobetr reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Jojobetr is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection during live betting.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20; the maximum varies depending on the event.

Jojobetr always strives to provide accurate odds. However, discrepancies may occasionally occur due to data feed errors or rapid market changes. In such cases, jojobetr's policy is to void the affected bet and return the original stake.

Engaging in any of the activities below gives jojobetr the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance:

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Any attempt to hack or carry out a cyber attack on jojobetr's systems.

Jojobetr may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• If false information is provided during registration.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• If a security risk or suspicious activity is detected.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Jojobetr accepts no liability for the following:

• For missed bets caused by an internet connection failure.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• If login credentials or password are exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruption due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives.

Jojobetr remains fully committed to protecting members' deposited funds at all times. Should any member suffer a financial loss due to a technical error, jojobetr will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Jojobetr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes through one of the following methods:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email.
• A pop-up notice will be displayed when logging in via the app or website.
• The "Last Updated" date on this page will reflect the change.

For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given before they take effect. If you object to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
